A little bit about me

I am a Traditional Usui Reiki Master I offer holistic healing 

modalities, Crystal reiki, Sound therapy and Cord cutting

I have worked as support worker for seventeen year's providing support to individual's and a specialist support worker for four years providing therapeutic, environmental and behavioural support and have much prior customer service based roles for most of my life.

I have always held an individuals best interests as a priority, emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually as these are most important for our wellness, having a relative who is poorly has led me to increase my learning and knowledge over the last recent year's. I am now able to help everyone to attain their best wellness and I provide holistic therapeutic sessions for everybody, specifically led on their individuals needs.

We  know from Quantum Physics that we are all energy, Reiki works on the body's energy system's, it induces a deep relaxed, meditative type state in which the energy of reiki will clear the blockages in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual therefore allowing the process of healing and repairing to help the energy to flow freely to restore one's wellness, reiki energy flows through the energy centres of the body, the chakras.

 The Root, the Sacral, the Solar Plexus, the  Heart, the Throat, the Third Eye and the Crown Chakras

Using the energy of beautiful natural crystal's these 

Ancient crystal's which are thousands of year's old amplify healing, Crystal's carry much power in their energies and work very effectively 

Cord cutting

A healing modality facilitated by your practitioner who will guide you through the whole process and what it involves. 

The types of negative cord attachments that are created may be cords of a relationship, with a colleague, a boss, a friend a family member or a situation Cutting negative cords of attachment in order to be set free from the affects of the cords of attachment. 

please note that cord cutting does not mean severing a relationship completely, just the negativity within various relationships or of various situations such as being micromanaged at work as outlined, this frees up space for healthier relationships, and supports you in your daily life going forward it is a profound and transformative healing modality, when cords are released you reclaim your sovereignty, feel lighter and brighter, more empowered in your life around your personal boundaries, in your healing journey and your well-being.

What to expect in a session 

The session will start with a short consultation by your Reiki practitioner and any questions you may like to ask about Reiki healing then you will be asked to take off your shoes and to relax on the therapy couch to begin the process of healing and restoring your wellness, you will be led through the session, please wear comfortable clothing.
